Articulation Therapy

When someone has difficulty forming speech sounds, it is often due to placement errors. Ultrasound biofeedback allows us to visualize these errors, helping to identify and correct them by determining the appropriate tongue placement. By training the client to produce the sound with this new placement, we gradually fade cues as they become more skilled, enhancing their independent use of correct placement.

Many of our clients have spent years in speech therapy using traditional methods with limited progress. Visualizing speech errors can often be the key to seeing lasting improvement.
